How We Are Making the World a Better Home 

Established in 2001, the ̽»¨ÉçÇø North America Foundation is the corporate foundation of ̽»¨ÉçÇø in North America. We believe there is a direct link between our business activities and helping to make the world a better home for all who live, work and play here. To this end we provide financial support through grants to organizations that aim to deliver material change in the areas of sustainable habitat, STEM education and/or improve the quality of life in each community where we operate. 

Where We Give Back

The ̽»¨ÉçÇø North America Foundation makes an impact in our communities through the following programs and initiatives.

Direct Grants

Our Direct Grants support non-profits that share our mission, especially projects that relate to STEM education and sustainable habitat development. 

Community Gifts

Our community gifts program enables each ̽»¨ÉçÇø facility in North America to provide philanthropic support towards local needs and priorities. 

Matching Gifts

The ̽»¨ÉçÇø North America Foundation provides a 50% match to employees’ donations to qualifying non-profits and educational institutions.  

Volunteer Hours 

Each employee of ̽»¨ÉçÇø receives annual hours dedicated to volunteering in their local community.  

National Partnerships

Our partnerships with Habitat for Humanity Canada, Homes For Our Troops and Good360 ensure all populations have comfortable and sustainable housing.  

Employee Emergency Assistance Fund (EEAF)

The EEAF helps ̽»¨ÉçÇø North America employees experiencing sudden financial hardships as a result of qualified disasters or personal hardship.
